How long does it take to grow hair

Hair generally takes 6-12 months to grow. Hair growth is divided into many stages such as the growth phase and the resting phase, where the hair grows faster during the growth phase, i.e. within 6-12 months after the haircut, and then the hair enters a long resting phase. The hair in the resting phase is also growing slowly, but not particularly fast. If you want to grow your hair long, it is advisable to keep it for more than 6 months in order to achieve the effect of becoming longer. By about 12 months, the hair growth will basically enter a stagnant phase and the length of growth will be more limited each year. If you want your hair to grow fast, you can usually massage your scalp often to promote blood circulation in the scalp area, which can have a certain promotion effect on the growth of hair. In addition, reasonable diet, proper exercise, adequate sleep, etc. is also conducive to accelerate the growth of hair.
