There are several conditions that cannot be electrically resuscitated as follows: 1, first of all, patients with digitalis toxicity should not be treated with electrical resuscitation; 2, patients with severe electrolyte disorders causing arrhythmias, such as hypokalemia causing severe arrhythmias; 3, patients with pathological sinus node syndrome or high atrioventricular block should not be treated with electrical resuscitation; 4, patients with a history of acute embolism within three months Patients with a history of acute embolism within three months should not be treated with electrical resuscitation; 5. Patients with severe hyperthyroidism or hyperparathyroidism, resulting in arrhythmias, should not be treated with electrical resuscitation if the primary disease is not actively controlled or if there is an acute infection. Other than that, electrical resuscitation can be used to treat arrhythmias by means of external chest resuscitation or electrical defibrillation.
