What to review for hepatitis B virus carriers

Hepatitis B virus carriers should do the following tests when they are reviewed: i. Liver function, which can comprehensively assess whether the liver has inflammatory activity and determine how well the liver can regenerate; ii. Liver ultrasound can understand whether the liver shape and size are normal and whether there are long abnormal structures in the liver; iii. Methemoglobin, which can detect some liver cancers early, so this item should be checked dynamically; iv. Liver fibrosis scan can assess liver fibrosis and cirrhosis, which is a very useful non-invasive test; v. Hepatitis B two-to-one half and viral load test, which can determine what the level of viral load is when there is usually no disease, and two-to-one half is major or minor triplet, which provides a useful reference for any changes after the onset of disease or any changes after treatment.
