Anger convulsions can first be seen in anger-induced epileptic seizures, for epilepsy is caused by the synchronization of abnormal neuronal discharges in the brain, the patient’s epileptic seizures can be manifested as a loss of consciousness, flexion of the upper limbs, lower limbs straightening, and also can be manifested as clenching of the teeth or foaming at the mouth. The patient usually has a history of epilepsy, and after oral antiepileptic drugs can also be given an electroencephalogram examination to confirm the diagnosis. Post-anxiety convulsions can also be seen in some patients with hysteria, usually seen in young women, due to anger after the patient manifested similar to epileptic seizures, but the patient’s limbs are straight state, the upper limbs will not appear flexion or increased muscle tone. Generally, after symptomatic treatment or emotional relief, the patient’s convulsive symptoms can be significantly improved, and the electroencephalogram does not have abnormal waveforms.
