A maximum heart rate of 195 beats per minute is generally not normal. Heart rate includes the heart rate at rest and the heart rate after exercise.
1. The heart rate at rest should be 60~100 beats/min. When the heart rate exceeds 100 beats/min or more, consider tachycardia. This includes physiologic and disease factors.
Physiologic factors include heavy exercise activities, emotional excitement, etc. Disease factors include cardiogenic and infectious diseases, such as coronary artery disease, myocarditis and pneumonia. If the heart rate reaches 195 beats/minute in resting state, it is considered to be related to disease factors.
2. The heart rate after exercise is usually 100~150 beats/min, the fastest is not more than 180 beats/min, and it will return to the resting heart rate in a short time after rest.
If the maximum heart rate is greater than 195 beats / min is generally abnormal, consider and disease-related, often accompanied by chest tightness, shortness of breath, dyspnea, and even fainting.
If the maximum heart rate is 195 beats/minute, it is recommended to consult a doctor immediately.
