HCG drops from over 130,000 to over 4,000 normal after gravidectomy. HCG drops logarithmically after evacuation, usually to normal after 8 to 12 weeks of evacuation. HCG should be rechecked weekly, normalized and tested 3 to 4 times, and then blood HCG should be rechecked once a month for at least 6 months. In addition to regular checkups, contraception should be used after gravidarium, condoms or oral contraceptives are preferred, and intrauterine devices are not recommended to avoid unexplained uterine bleeding. Strict contraception should be used for 6 months after gravidaropathy, and if the HCG will be normalized, pregnancy can be prepared, and if the HCG falls to normal and the review is less than 6 months, termination of pregnancy is not necessary.
