How ovarian cysts are treated

For patients with ovarian cysts, they can be treated by regular review and surgery. 1. Regular review: Physiologic cysts are formed due to cyclic changes in ovarian function. If the cysts are found to be less than 3cm, the ultrasound can be reviewed after the menstrual period is cleared or after 3 months, and if the cysts disappear, then the cysts will be considered as physiologic cysts. 2. Surgery: If the cyst persists or grows rapidly in a short period of time, or if there is severe abdominal pain on one side of the body for unknown reasons, and it is suspected that the cyst is twisted, laparoscopic surgery can be considered in order to make a clear diagnosis. For patients who are found to have ovarian cysts, it is recommended that they go to the gynecology department of a regular hospital and choose the appropriate treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
