One in a series on the treatment of chronic wounds: non-surgical treatment of diabetic ulcers

  Diabetic foot ulcers are one of the most common complications in diabetic patients. According to the clinical classification of diabetic foot, diabetic foot is classified as grade 0-5, where grade 0 refers to the presence of risk factors for the development of diabetic foot. grade 1-5 trauma local severity increases in order. This patient had a painful right foot with ulcerative exudate for more than 2 months and had a history of diabetes for more than 10 years. After careful treatment in our department, surgical amputation was eventually avoided and the ulcer was discharged with complete healing.
