Liver and lung metastasis of colon cancer can be treated by chemotherapy, surgery, immunotherapy and targeted therapy. 1. Chemotherapy treatment: colon cancer with liver and lung metastasis is usually in advanced stage of colon cancer, which is mainly treated by chemotherapy, and should be treated with chemotherapeutic drugs such as calcium folinic acid, capecitabine, oxaliplatin and raltitrexed according to doctor’s prescription. 2. Surgery: colon cancer is a malignant tumor of digestive system. If liver metastasis of colon cancer belongs to single liver metastasis, hepatic lobectomy for liver metastasis can be considered at the same time of colon resection. 3. Immunotherapy and targeted therapy: patients can undergo genetic testing and choose immunotherapy and targeted therapy drugs such as cetuximab and bevacizumab according to the expression of genes such as PD-1/PD-L1, BRAF and KRAS. For colon cancer with liver and lung metastasis, diet should be easy to digest, less or no residue, low irritation and low fat food, avoid spicy and stimulating food, pay attention to dietary hygiene, avoid intestinal infection or diarrhea, and exercise appropriately to avoid overwork.
