Features of posterior laparoscopic surgery for central renal cancer

Surgical characteristics: 1. The patient has more underlying diseases before surgery, and it is necessary to adjust the patient’s status before surgery. 2. The patient’s ipsilateral adrenal gland and renal tumor were operated simultaneously, which is a high surgical requirement. 3. The tumor at the renal hilum is operated via retrolaparoscopy, the space is narrow and the relationship around the renal hilum tumor is complicated, so it is difficult to suture after resection.
