Symptoms of Celiac Disease

In the past, many women were diagnosed with celiac disease during gynecological examinations, causing panic among women. In fact, celiac disease is a diagnosis that has been abolished in obstetrics and gynecology clinics. The reason for the abolition is that many cervical erosions do not appear to be diseases, but only a normal physiological phenomenon due to the cervical columnar epithelium moving out of the cervix, and there will be no clinical symptoms. If the surface of the cervical erosion is due to chronic cervicitis, the mild degree will not have obvious symptoms, and the severe degree may cause a series of symptoms. The main symptoms are bloody leukorrhea or bleeding after sexual intercourse, increased vaginal secretions, due to the different pathogens, the secretions can be milky white mucus or yellowish purulent, when the inflammation spreads to the pelvis, lumbosacral pain, pelvic area falling and so on. Gynecological examination shows that the cervix has erosion and hypertrophy, and will bleed when lightly touched, sometimes with a hard texture, and sometimes polyps, fissures, ectropion and cervical gland cysts. It is important to note that cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and early cervical cancer can be easily confused with chronic inflammation of the cervix, and cervical cytology and cervical HPV-DNA examination should be performed routinely.
