How to treat arm and leg pain

In clinical practice, when arm and leg pain occurs, its specific treatment should first clarify the cause and what disease is causing the arm and leg pain. For example, if the arm pain is caused by a lesion in the neck, i.e., cervical spondylosis, the treatment should focus on treating the cervical spondylosis. If it is caused by muscle strain, excessive activity, or cold, one should pay attention to rest, give local physical therapy to the affected area and limb, bake electricity, and treat the symptoms. If the patient’s blood pressure is not high, oral blood-activating drugs can also be considered. Regardless of the cause, the first thing to do is to take rest, and you should rest in bed to avoid catching cold.
