If bleeding symptoms persist for more than three months to six months, a pelvic ultrasound is recommended to rule out endometrial polyps and cervical canal polyps. The gold standard for diagnosis is to do hysteroscopy to rule out endometrial lesions and cervical polyps and endometrial polyps. If endometrial polyps and cervical polyps are present, hysteroscopic surgery is the recommended treatment option. If there are occasional symptoms of intermenstrual bleeding, it is recommended to relax, take rest and avoid spicy food as well as alcohol.
