Bleeding after hysteroscopic surgery

In hysteroscopic surgery, the bleeding is about 5ml in endometrial lesion removal operation and about 20ml in submucosal fibroid removal and endometrial resection, with individual differences. 1. Removal of endometrial lesions: The bleeding volume of simple hysteroscopic endometrial polyp removal operation is very small, about 5ml, but when the polyp tissue becomes wider, the bleeding volume will increase during the removal process. 2. Removal of submucosal fibroid: when removing submucosal fibroid under hysteroscopy, due to the wider fibroid tissue and larger volume of tissue, the intraoperative bleeding will be a little bit more, about 20 ml, but when the fibroid tissue is in a deeper position, it will increase the amount of surgical bleeding. 3. Endometrial resection: However, when there are suspected endometrial lesions and other high-risk factors, hysteroscopic endometrial electrolysis can be performed according to medical advice, and the resected tissues will also be sent to pathology for examination, and at this time the bleeding will not be too much, about 20 ml or so, but when the cut is too deep, it will increase the risk of excessive bleeding.
