After diagnosis, the patient was diagnosed with bony mandibular retraction, and orthodontic treatment was performed after extraction of two mandibular bicuspid teeth, and orthognathic surgery was performed nine months later to treat the guided mandible forward. At the end of the treatment, the lateral appearance was significantly improved.
