Meniere’s disease vertigo is a peripheral vertigo disease. The main clinical manifestations are recurrent episodes of dizziness with rotating vision, tinnitus and dullness in the ears, and fluctuating hearing loss after years of episodes. The cause of Meniere’s disease is not very clear, but the pathological changes are caused by fluid accumulation in the membrane vagus. In general, the vertigo of Ménière’s disease is a sudden onset of rotational vertigo, in which the patient feels that the surrounding objects rotate around him/her. The duration of vertigo is mostly ten minutes or several hours, and the longest duration is usually not more than 24 hours.
