How to handle ear canal cleaning

The cleaning of the ear canal is mainly to deal with two cases: First, cerumen embolism caused by hard cerumen, in this case, 5% sodium bicarbonate injection can be used to soften the hard cerumen and then clean it with an aspirator in the ENT clinic, which is most common in clinical practice. Second, because of the inflammation of the external ear canal or middle ear inflammation, more secretions block the external ear canal and cause the drainage of the ear canal to be unobstructed. In this case, you can use hydrogen peroxide and oxyfluoxacin ear drops alternately to do ear bath treatment. In more serious cases, you can do hydrogen peroxide flushing in the ENT department and take oral cephalosporin anti-inflammatory drugs.
