What are the renal occupational degenerative diseases

Renal occupational lesion, commonly known as something growing on top of the kidney, in clinical renal occupational lesion, common are simple renal cyst, renal malformation tumor and renal cancer. Specifically, these three diseases: first, simple renal cysts, simple renal cysts are detected by ultrasound or CT, patients with simple renal cysts have no obvious clinical manifestations. With the increase of cysts there may be back discomfort or back pain. Cysts less than 5 cm do not need special treatment, if the cyst is larger than 5 cm or more, or if it produces obvious compression symptoms, puncture and drainage of renal cysts or decompression of renal cysts can be considered. Secondly, renal malformation tumor, also known as renal vascular smooth muscle lipoma in clinical practice, is a benign tumor, so we do not need to worry too much. For renal malformation tumor, if the diameter is less than 4cm, it can be observed regularly and reviewed by ultrasound or C T in half a year. if the diameter of renal malformation tumor is more than 4cm, the risk of complication of bleeding increases significantly and surgery can be performed when necessary. For patients with kidney cancer, non-minimally invasive surgery can be performed in the early stage, and for patients with larger tumors, open surgery or even unilateral nephrectomy can be performed. For patients with advanced kidney cancer, targeted therapy or radiotherapy or chemotherapy can be considered.
