Jaundice is a clinical manifestation of elevated concentration of bilirubin in the blood. Eating vegetables can only supplement the nutrition and cannot have a therapeutic effect; jaundice will not be feared.
The types of jaundice are hemolytic jaundice, hepatocellular jaundice, and obstructive jaundice.
Hemolytic jaundice refers to the rupture of red blood cells resulting in the rise of bilirubin in the blood beyond the body’s ability to cope with it, which can cause yellow staining of the skin, mucous membranes, and sclera, also known as jaundice.
Hepatocellular jaundice is a decrease in the ability to process bilirubin due to damage to the liver cells and is usually accompanied by liver insufficiency.
Obstructive jaundice is usually caused by biliary obstruction or stones, etc. Treatment is usually required for the primary disease causing biliary obstruction.
If the above symptoms occur, it is recommended to go to the hospital for early treatment.
