1. Heart failure in the late stage of cancer mainly manifests as chronic heart failure. If the patient combines with left heart failure, exertional dyspnea, nocturnal paroxysmal dyspnea, coughing and coughing up sputum, lower limb edema and other manifestations may appear, and the patient’s activity endurance decreases, and shortness of breath may easily appear after physical activities, and in serious cases, chest tightness and shortness of breath may appear even when resting.

If the patient combines with right heart failure, it will cause gastrointestinal stagnation, which will lead to gastrointestinal symptoms such as loss of appetite, abdominal distension, nausea, vomiting, etc. Kidney stagnation can lead to nocturia, proteinuria and other renal dysfunction; liver stagnation can lead to the symptom of fullness and discomfort in right upper abdomen, pain in the liver area, and jaundice.
