In clinical practice, cervical spondylosis is a relatively common disease. There are many types of cervical spondylosis, and spinal cervical spondylosis is one of them. If a patient has spondylosis, the diagnosis is based on the patient’s clinical manifestations, physical examination and relevant auxiliary examinations. In terms of clinical manifestations, the patient will have weakness of the limbs, especially when walking, the patient will have the feeling of stepping on cotton in both lower limbs, or have the feeling of bandage in the chest. On physical examination, the patient will have abnormal limb muscle strength and muscle tone, pathological reflexes, and patellar clonus. In the auxiliary examination, through the cervical spine X-ray film, CT film or nuclear magnetic resonance film, it can be clearly seen that the posterior edge of the vertebral body appears osteophytes, which produce obvious compression of the spinal cord, and the degree of compression can be seen, and most of the treatments are surgical treatments.
