How to treat encapsulated fluid

Encapsulated fluid includes thoracic encapsulated fluid and pelvic encapsulated fluid. The treatment is mainly for the cause, including drug treatment and surgical treatment.
1. Thoracic parcel fluid: it may be caused by inflammation, tuberculosis, tumor and other factors. According to the amount of pleural effusion and the presence or absence of co-infection, regular review, medication, surgery and other treatments should be taken.
(1) Regular review: it is suitable for patients with relatively small amount of pleural effusion and no co-infection.
(2) Drug treatment: If the patient is infected with tuberculosis bacillus and has symptoms such as fever and cough, anti-tuberculosis drugs such as rifampicin and isoniazid can be taken under the instruction of the doctor for treatment.
(3) Surgical treatment: If the amount of pleural effusion is particularly large, surgical treatment such as thoracentesis and drainage can be considered.
2. Pelvic parcel effusion: it is usually caused by inflammatory stimulation. It can be treated with antibiotic anti-inflammatory treatment or laparoscopic surgery.
When patients find that there is an encapsulated effusion, they should go to the hospital in time to improve the relevant examination and under the guidance of the doctor for treatment.
