1. Persistent pain aggravated at night; 2. Sensory hypersensitivity or sensory sensation of somatic girdle; 3. Progressive aggravation of neurogenic pain with unilateral or bilateral sensory impairment of the innervated segments of the limbs; 4. Painless limb hyperalgesia, bipedal walking on cotton with weakness or increased muscle tone; 5. Imaging examination does not match with clinical symptoms and signs. Because of the insidiousness of intravertebral tumor lesions in early stage and the different clinical manifestations, it is often misdiagnosed and missed. If the diagnosis is delayed, the disease will progress and deteriorate, and even paralysis and urinary and fecal incontinence will occur. Those who have the above symptoms should go to hospital for CT, MRI and other auxiliary examinations as soon as possible to determine the diagnosis.
