1.Stimulation period (Neurogenic pain period): In the early stage of the disease, symptoms of neurogenic stimulation may appear, the nature of which is mostly electric burning, pinprick, cutting or pulling sensation, coughing, sneezing, and straining to defecate make the pressure in the vertebral canal increase and induce the pain or aggravate it, nocturnal pain and lying down pain are the more special symptoms of intraspinal tumors, and the patients are often forced to perform “sitting and sleeping”, and the patients are often forced to perform “sitting and sleeping”. The patient is often forced to show “sitting and sleeping”. 2.Partial compression stage of spinal cord: typical signs are Brown-Sequard’s syndrome, which manifests as motor disorder and deep sensory disorder of the limbs below the same side of the compressed plane, and superficial sensory disorder of the opposite side of the compressed plane; intramedullary tumors’ sensory disorder plane develops from the top downward, while extramedullary tumors develop from the bottom upward. 3.Complete compression of spinal cord: manifested as complete loss of motor, sensory and sphincter functions below the compression plane.
