Elderly people usually do not have the most accurate signs of cervical cancer, which can generally appear as irregular vaginal bleeding, increased vaginal secretion, pain and other signs. 1. Irregular vaginal bleeding: if elderly women who have already gone through menopause suddenly experience vaginal bleeding again, they should pay attention to it, which may be an early sign of cervical cancer. 2. Increased vaginal secretion: most cervical cancer patients will have the symptom of increased vaginal secretion. In the early stage, it can be manifested as increase in leukorrhea, and with the development of the disease, it can be accompanied by changes of leukorrhea smell and color, such as pus, rice soup or bloody leukorrhea with fishy smell. 3. Pain: when the cancerous tumor of cervical cancer extends along the side tissue, it may invade the pelvic wall, thus compressing the peripheral nerves and causing persistent pain in the sciatic nerve or sacral or iliac area on one side. If it presses the ureter, it can also cause hydronephrosis and one side of waist pain or even severe pain. If patients show signs similar to cervical cancer, it is recommended to go to hospital for standardized treatment in time to avoid delaying the condition.
