Patients with supraventricular tachycardia should be monitored for electrocardiography, blood pressure, pulse, and arterial oxygen saturation, and should be treated with medications synchronized with monitoring, preferably intravenous propafenone and a continuous intravenous drip. Amiodarone can also be used for intravenous injection when drug therapy is ineffective. If there is no significant improvement by intravenous injection of the above drugs, DC resuscitation can also be applied. If the patient has unstable blood pressure shock or angina pectoris or congestive heart failure, DC resuscitation can be quickly considered and applied for treatment.
