Inert lymphoma may have no symptoms in the early stage, or painless lymph node enlargement, itchy skin and unexplained fever may occur. Inert lymphoma is a kind of malignant lymphoma with slow growth rate, but its malignant degree is low, the duration of disease is long, the progress of disease is slow, and the proliferation of tumor cells is also inactive, which often occurs in elderly patients. Its sensitivity to chemotherapy is poor and easy to relapse. Patients with inert lymphoma may have no obvious symptoms in the early stage, or they may have painless enlarged lymph nodes, which are mainly distributed in the neck. Some enlarged lymph nodes may compress the esophagus and cause difficulty in swallowing.
