Acute appendicitis will cause obvious symptoms of pain and discomfort in the right lower abdomen, and will also cause fever and other systemic infections. Open surgery as well as laparoscopic surgery can be done, and currently laparoscopic surgery is taken as an example. The whole surgical procedure includes disinfection, anesthesia, establishment of artificial pneumoperitoneum, surgical resection, and postoperative treatment.
1. Sterilization: Sterilization of the perforation site for laparoscopy, which usually needs to be enlarged to 15 centimeters.
2. Anesthesia: general anesthesia can be administered through intravenous anesthesia drugs.
3. Artificial pneumoperitoneum establishment: make an incision in the abdominal wall, insert an instrument and inject carbon dioxide gas into the abdominal cavity to form a pneumoperitoneum for surgical operation.
4. Surgical resection: firstly, separate the adhesion between appendix and surrounding peritoneum and intestinal tube, free the appendiceal artery and appendiceal root; ligate the appendiceal artery and appendiceal root in turn, resect the appendix and take out the specimen: take out the instruments after cleaning up the abdominal cavity, and apply surgical adhesive tape.
