Common causes of cerebral hemorrhage

There are many causes of cerebral hemorrhage, but hypertensive disorders are the most important variable risk factors. 1, hypertensive disease: hypertension is the most important cause of cerebral hemorrhage. Cerebral hemorrhage occurs on the basis of hypertension and cerebral atherosclerosis. Many microaneurysms can be formed on the penetrating arteries in the brain, mainly distributed in the doublestem arteries of the basal ganglia, pontine brain, white matter of the brain and cerebellum. When blood pressure rises suddenly, the microaneurysms may rupture and bleed. Or due to long-term hypertension on the endothelium in the wall of the penetrating arteries in the brain parenchyma, glassy degeneration or fibrous necrosis occurs, which is prone to rupture and bleeding when blood pressure or blood flow changes rapidly. 2, cerebrovascular amyloidosis (CAA), also known as “Congo red vasculopathy”, is a selective deposition of abnormal amyloid material in the middle and outer membranes of small and medium-sized arteries and veins in the cerebral cortex and soft meninges, and is more likely to occur with age. The cerebral hemorrhage caused by this lesion always occurs in the lobes of the brain because the cerebral cortex and soft meninges are susceptible to cerebrovascular amyloidosis, and the deep tissue of the cerebral hemispheres, brainstem and cerebellum are rarely involved. 3.Intracranial aneurysm and cerebrovascular malformation: They are the common causes of subarachnoid hemorrhage, but there are also hemorrhages that break into the brain parenchyma to form intracerebral hematoma. 4, intracranial malignant tumors: such as glioma, metastases, melanoma, etc., can form intracerebral hemorrhage when tumor stroke occurs. 5, blood diseases: such as leukemia, aplastic anemia, thrombocytopenic purpura and hemophilia, etc. 6, anticoagulants and fibrinolytics: such as treatment with heparin or aspirin can also cause cerebral hemorrhage. Other causes include: atherosclerosis, various cerebral arteritis, hemorrhagic cerebral infarction, etc.
