However, there are several points worth noting: it should be applied in the treatment of combined hypertensive patients with discretion; it should be used with caution in patients with endocrine disorders; the concentration of bupivacaine should be strictly controlled at 0.25% to 0.375%, otherwise there will be paralysis and discomfort in both lower limbs.
