Nowadays, most laboratories use computerized tests, but computerized tests are often inaccurate, especially for sperm and non-sperm components of semen, and it is difficult to make a completely correct judgment. Therefore, the results of a single semen test do not tell us anything, and multiple tests are needed to make a comprehensive judgment.
