How to treat cerebral infarction after thrombolysis time

Cerebral infarction after thrombolysis time can also be treated by antiplatelet aggregation therapy, fiber-lowering therapy, neuroprotective therapy and surgery.
1. Antiplatelet aggregation therapy: for patients with cerebral infarction who are not eligible for thrombolytic therapy and have no bleeding, commonly used drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel and so on.
2. Fiber-lowering treatment: if patients with cerebral infarction have hyperfibrinogenemia, they can choose fiber-lowering treatment, and the commonly used drugs include bacitracin and ankylase.
3. Neuroprotective therapy: such as edaravone, cytarabine, ganglioside and so on.
4. Surgical treatment: for large cerebral infarction, craniotomy and decompression can be performed. Patients can also take interventional therapy, including percutaneous endoluminal angioplasty of intracranial and extracranial vessels and endovascular stent placement.
If there is any discomfort of cerebral infarction, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time and evaluate the treatment under the guidance of a professional physician, and not to deal with it blindly on one’s own, which may cause adverse consequences.
