How to treat Kuchenberg’s tumor

Kuchenberg’s tumor belongs to the category of ovarian metastatic carcinoma, originating from the stomach, colon and breast, and is a specific type of ovarian metastatic adenocarcinoma. The tumors are mostly bilateral, moderately large, mostly remain in situ, usually without adhesions, with parenchymal glial-like cut surface and mucus-filled printed cells visible on pathology. It is mainly to treat the primary cancer to relieve and control the symptoms, and the survival is mostly less than one year. If the primary tumor has been removed and there is no other sign of metastasis or recurrence, and the metastasis is only limited to the pelvis, total hysterectomy and bilateral adnexal resection can be performed, and the pelvic metastases can be removed as much as possible, and postoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy can be used. Most metastases are poorly treated and have a very poor prognosis.
