Brownish leucorrhea with slight abdominal pain may be caused by three diseases: First, ectopic pregnancy, in which the gestational sac gradually grows in the fallopian tube, manifesting as discomfort and even cramping in the lower abdomen, in addition to a little vaginal bleeding due to the metaplastic reaction of the endometrium, manifesting as a brownish leucorrhea. Pre-eclampsia, a slight pain in the small abdomen caused by contraction of the uterus, and a little abruption of the gestational sac, resulting in a little vaginal bleeding and brownish leucorrhea. Third, endometritis, because of the inflammatory reaction may be manifested as lower abdominal pain, and because the endometrial surface may exist ulcers, etc., leucorrhea will have a small amount of blood and appear brown, these are the three most likely causes.
