Uterine bleeding is the bleeding caused by the shedding of endometrium, which is commonly caused by the following clinical reasons: i. Endocrine disorders, such as estrogen and progesterone deficiency, cause the endometrium to shed and cause bleeding in the uterine cavity. Second, inflammation of the endometrium or endometrial polyps can also lead to bleeding. Submucosal fibroids or large interstitial fibroids can also cause bleeding in the uterine cavity. Endometrial cancer or precancerous lesions may cause bleeding in the uterine cavity. V. Abnormal blood clotting function and thrombocytopenia may also lead to intrauterine bleeding. Once intrauterine bleeding is detected, it is recommended to find out the cause and then give treatment to the cause.
