The most common cause of swollen feet in patients with advanced gastric cancer is poor nutrition and low protein. It is recommended to have liver function examination and continue albumin intravenous drip for about a week, and use diuretics to relieve the symptoms. Other possible causes are deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs caused by cancer and obstruction of venous return, which mostly manifests as unilateral lower limb swelling.
