What is the efficacy of drinking lily of the valley maitake and tangerine peel together?

Drinking lily of the valley with maitake tangerine peel has the effect of nourishing yin and moistening the lungs, clearing the heart and tranquilizing the mind, and regulating qi and strengthening the spleen.
Lily can nourish yin and moisten the lungs, clear the heart and calm the mind. It can be used for yin deficiency and dry cough, coughing up blood through exertion, false annoyance (annoyance caused by body heat), palpitations, insomnia and dreaming, and mental trance. Wind-cold cough and cold loose stools (feces thin and unformed) should not take lily.
Ophiopogon can nourish yin and promote the production of fluids, moisten the lung and clear the heart. It is used for dry cough, paralysis of the throat (pharyngeal redness, swelling and pain, or dryness, foreign body sensation, or pharyngeal itching and discomfort, difficulty in swallowing), sore throat, fluid injury and thirst, heartburn and insomnia, intestinal dryness and constipation. Maitong is not recommended for those who have loose stools in spleen deficiency, phlegm in the lungs and stomach (pathological product of impaired metabolism of water and fluid), dampness and coughing in the early stage of wind-cold sensation.
Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae can regulate qi, strengthen the spleen, dry dampness and resolve phlegm (dispel dampness by drying dampness and dissolve phlegm). It is used for distention and fullness in the epigastrium (stomach and abdomen), poor appetite and vomiting and diarrhea, and cough with excessive phlegm. Caution should be exercised in taking Chen Pi in cases of qi deficiency, dry cough with yin deficiency, vomiting of blood, and red tongue with little fluid and solid internal heat.
