3. Atopic dermatitis: this disease usually occurs in infancy and childhood, may be related to genetics, immune abnormalities, environmental factors, etc., manifested as erythema, papules, papules and other symptoms. The disease is mostly treated with topical medications, such as hydrocortisone ointment, tacrolimus ointment, etc.; severe itching can be treated with oral loratadine; infections can be treated with oral erythromycin, doxycycline and other drugs.
Baby allergic dermatitis may also be caused by other diseases, it is recommended to take the child to the doctor in a timely manner, in order to clarify the cause of the symptomatic treatment, to avoid self-medication, so as not to delay the condition.
