Ebastine tablets are long-acting, highly selective antihistamines that mainly act as anti-allergic reactions. It is mostly used clinically to relieve perennial or seasonal allergic rhinitis, which causes nasal congestion, nasal itching and runny nose; it can also be used for pruritic skin lesions such as urticaria, eczema and chronic dermatitis. Since Ebastine tablets do not cross the blood-brain barrier, there are no clinically significant side effects of central sedation and drowsiness. The drug should be selected at the appropriate dose under the guidance of a physician to avoid further aggravation of the condition.
