Signs of tongue cancer in the most advanced stage include lumps and ulcers on tongue, tongue pain, restricted tongue movement, tumor metastasis, malignant quality and so on.
1. Lump and ulcer on tongue, in advanced stage of tongue cancer, its typical manifestation is hard, irregular edge, uneven base lump, and ulcer often occurs on the surface.
