Ocular calculi are caused by the aggregation of epithelial cells shed from the glandular ducts and degenerated white blood cells. It generally arises when the conjunctiva is in a state of chronic inflammatory lesion. When you see eye stones, it reflects that the conjunctiva is inflamed. You can use general antibiotic drops and anti-inflammatory drops, and you can also do hot compresses. If the stone is protruding from the conjunctival surface, it will cause friction to the cornea and produce a foreign body sensation, so it can be removed by gently plucking it away with a needle. If the stone is not protruding from the conjunctival surface of the eyelid and is in the innermost layer of the eyelid, you can leave it alone.
