The hymen is a thin mucous membrane, varying in thickness from person to person, with a hole in the middle where menstrual blood can flow out of the vagina. Most of the hymen ruptures during the first sexual intercourse, very few people will rupture due to strenuous exercise, usually gradually shrink into a hymen scar with the increase of sexual intercourse and production method. It is recommended that women should usually develop good habits and keep their pubic area hygienically clean. Especially during menstruation to diligently change underwear, sun exposure, prohibit sexual intercourse to avoid bacteria into the pelvic cavity resulting in pelvic congestion infection. Eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, drink more water, and eat less cold, spicy and stimulating food.
