Sinusitis may cause low fever, mainly fungal sinusitis and acute sinusitis tend to cause low fever, usually chronic sinusitis does not cause fever. After the onset of the disease, it is recommended to visit the ENT department, where routine blood tests and nasal endoscopy can be done to help determine the extent of the inflammatory response. If the onset is longer, sinus CT examinations are required. Through these auxiliary examinations, combined with the doctor’s clinical experience, the condition can be accurately assessed. In terms of treatment, most patients can choose conservative treatment with medication, such as oral medication, nasal spray medication, and also nasal rinse treatment. However, there are some patients with poor conservative treatment results and need surgical treatment. At present, we mainly do nasal endoscopic surgery, which is minimally invasive and has a better overall surgical effect.
