Multiple lymph node echoes in the bilateral neck is an ultrasound description of multiple enlarged lymph nodes in the neck, which may be due to lymphadenitis, tuberculosis of the lymph nodes, malignant lesions and other factors.
1. Lymphadenitis: If the lymph nodes are visible bilaterally in the neck, it means that the lymph nodes have been enlarged, usually due to the lymphatic stimulation by inflammation and then multiple lymph node echoes are visible in the neck bilaterally. 2. 3. Malignant lesions: such as lymphoma, lymphoblastic leukemia, lymphatic metastasis of malignant tumors. These lymph node enlargement is often manifested as no pressure pain, poor mobility, hard texture, easy to appear fusion.
