In cases where the cough improves but nodules are detected, regular follow-up is needed to determine the nature of the nodules, whether they are benign or malignant, and to take appropriate measures. If the lung examination indicates the presence of lung nodules, the location, size, shape, number, and nature of the nodules should be determined. If the nodules are determined to be benign, regular follow-up CT examinations should be performed according to the doctor’s instructions to check whether there are any changes in the nodules; if the nodules have a tendency to be malignant, bronchoscopic biopsy or CT-guided lung puncture biopsy should be performed if necessary, and a pathology report should be issued to clarify the nature of the nodules, and then a different treatment plan should be adopted. The same disease, the patient’s physical condition is different when the disease manifests differently, the treatment method is also different, should be standardized treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
