How high is the recurrence rate of anaplastic cell tumors

Anaplastic tumors are moderately malignant ovarian germ cell tumors that occur in adolescent and childbearing women. Once anaplastic tumors are considered, surgery is usually needed to remove them, and anaplastic tumors are particularly sensitive to radiotherapy, so the results of radiotherapy are relatively good, and its 5-year survival rate can be as high as 90%. However, anaplastic tumors still have a chance of recurrence, only the recurrence rate is not particularly high, usually around 20%, so after radiotherapy, routine review is still needed.
