What’s wrong with always having bowel movements three or four times a day?

Total stool three or four times a day may be indigestion, irritable bowel syndrome, intestinal flora imbalance, ulcerative colitis, intestinal cancer and other reasons.
1. Indigestion: stomach movement is slow, lack of secretion of digestive juices can’t digest food in time, so there are always three or four bowel movements a day, and there are undigested residues of food in the feces.
2. Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS): Frequent anxiety and stress induce IBS, which manifests itself as abdominal pain and diarrhea.
3. Intestinal flora imbalance: more harmful bacteria in the intestines, inhibiting the reproduction of beneficial bacteria, manifested as three or four times a day stool, increased exhaust and other symptoms.
4. Ulcerative colitis: chronic non-specific inflammation in the colon, manifested by increased stool frequency, discharge of mucus, pus and blood stool, abdominal pain and other symptoms.
5. Bowel cancer: infiltration of intestinal tissues by cancer cells manifests as increased stool frequency, change of character, anemia, emaciation and other symptoms.
There may be other reasons for total bowel movement three or four times a day, so it is recommended to consult a doctor to clarify the cause of the disease and follow the doctor’s instructions.
