Polivivir, also known as clopidogrel hydrogen sulfate tablets, is a platelet aggregation inhibitor that is mainly used in preparation for stenting and after stenting to prevent the formation of stent thrombosis. The main indications of Polivic are for the prevention of atherosclerotic thrombotic events in patients with: i. recent myocardial infarction; ii. recent ischemic stroke; iii. diagnosed peripheral arterial disease; iv. acute coronary syndrome; v. stent placement after percutaneous coronary intervention; vi. when used in combination with aspirin, it can be used in thrombolytic therapy.
