What is the meaning of gastric mucosal glands on M-NBI observation?

M-NBI observation of gastric mucosal glands is a normal microscopic presentation. 1.M-NBI is a special staining technique for endoscopic examination, also called endoscopic narrow band imaging. This examination can observe the superficial capillary network of gastric mucosa in more detail and increase the contrast between normal and diseased mucosa. 2. This technology is extremely helpful for the detection of early gastric, esophageal and duodenal cancers. It is helpful to improve the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of early cancer diagnosis.M-NBI observation shows that gastric mucosal glands are a normal microscopic manifestation. 3. When irregular mucosal surface microstructure with missing glandular ducts is found, or irregular microvascular morphology and structural changes such as abnormal dilatation of small blood vessels and the presence of clear borders are found, it can be initially diagnosed as early gastric cancer. However, the final diagnosis of malignant tumors still needs to rely on the biopsy results of the lesion site.
