What’s going on with the backbone pain?

Backbone pain may be caused by muscle strain, disc herniation and or spinal vertebral infection.
1. 3. Spinal vertebral infection: patients with spinal vertebral infection, resulting in inflammation to stimulate the vertebral bone, may cause muscle spasms in the back, followed by the phenomenon of back pain, may be accompanied by fever and other systemic symptoms, the need to use antibiotics to fight infection, if the infection is serious to form an infected foci of the need for surgical treatment.
